We get asked often where to participate in activities like stand up paddleboarding, kayaking, mountain biking, camping, etc. Today, we’re sharing five local spots you can check out if you’re wanting to try out a new outdoor activity.
Chattanooga Guided Adventures
This organization offers a variety of educational and seasonal kayak + bike tours. We recommend trying out the Nickajack Bat Cave and the Chickamauga Dam Lock through kayak tours. Additionally, you can check out the Outdoor Skills Development classes to learn things like how to use a map and compass.
Outshine Adventures
Check out Outshine Adventures for stand up paddleboarding, biking, hiking, and outdoor yoga experiences for those of all skill levels. You can even take a stand up paddleboarding yoga class if you’re looking to double up on the fun.
