What is Cryotherapy?
It is a procedure to relieve pain symptoms, particularly in inflammatory diseases, injuries, and overuse symptoms
It consists of exposing the whole body to very cold air between -100 to -200 degrees Fahrenheit in special temperature-controlled cryo chambers, generally for 2-3 minutes
