Compared to last year’s numbers, newly listed properties have slightly increased by 3.0%, closed sales have increased by 26.4% and the average sales price has increased by 19.7%Homes for sale have decreased by 58.4% but the good news is homes are sold faster with an average of 22 days on the market.
